Privacy policy
1. Who we are and who this covers
odgrid collects only what it needs to run calls, deliver content and pay creators, and never sells personal data.
odgrid is a creator content studio based in Lebanon. We decide how your personal data is used, and we handle it under Lebanon's Law No. 81 of 2018 on Electronic Transactions and Personal Data and any other data protection law that applies to you.
This policy covers:
- Visitors to odgrid.com
- Prospects who fill in our form or book a call
- Clients and their team members who use the client portal
- Creators who apply to or join our roster
- Models we book for cinematic shoots
2. What we collect
Most of what we hold, you give us directly. The rest comes from your device when you visit the site, or from public profiles if you are a creator.

We keep payment records such as amounts, dates and method. We do not store full card numbers.
If you are a client and give us material from your own customers, such as reviews, messages or voice notes, you are responsible for having their permission to share it with us.
3. How we use it
We use personal data only for the purposes below. Where the law requires your consent, we ask for it, and you can withdraw it at any time.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not make automated decisions about you that have legal or similar effects.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with people and services that need it to do their part, and only as much as they need.
- Creators and models on your order receive the brand brief, product information and script. Not your billing or account details.
- Approved clients see creator profiles in the portal: name, handle, follower count, photo and sample work. Delivered content carries the creator's or model's image and voice, under the usage rights in our terms.
- Product delivery. A creator's delivery address is shared with the brand or a delivery company only when needed to send products for production.
- Our freelance team of scriptwriters, editors, videographers, cinematographers and designers, all bound by confidentiality.
- Service providers who run things for us: website hosting and security, email and file storage, the client portal and creator management tools, scheduling and video calls, payments and accounting, and analytics and advertising platforms.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
- A buyer or successor, if odgrid is sold or merged, under the same protections as this policy.
5. Transfers outside Lebanon
Some of our service providers store or process data outside Lebanon, for example in the United States or the European Union. We choose providers with strong security practices and contractual protections for your data, and we apply this policy wherever your data is held.
6. Cookies and tracking
We use a small number of cookies and similar tools, in three groups.

Where the law requires it, we ask before setting analytics or advertising cookies. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad preferences in your ad platform accounts.
7. How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as we need it, then delete or anonymise it.

Content featuring a creator or model is different. Clients keep it under usage rights that do not expire, so it stays in use after we delete our own records about you.
8. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- See the personal data we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong or out of date
- Delete your data, unless we must keep it by law or to finish an order
- Object to how we use it, including for marketing
- Withdraw consent you gave us
- Get a copy in a format you can take elsewhere
Email info@odgrid.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, and we reply within 30 days.
Deleting a creator's or model's data does not recall content already delivered to clients under the permission given for it.
If you are unhappy with how we handled your data, contact us first. In Lebanon you can also raise it with the Ministry of Economy and Trade, or with the data protection authority where you live.
9. Security, age, changes and contact
- Security. Access to personal data is limited to the people who need it. The site and portal use encrypted connections, and every portal account is approved individually. No system is completely secure, so if a breach affects your data we will tell you as the law requires.
- Age. Our services are for people aged 18 and over. Creators and models must be 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
- Changes. We may update this policy. The new version is posted here with its date, and we tell clients and creators directly about any significant change.
